Cooking Instructions

5 daalon ko chunn lien. Saaf kr k paani se dho lien or nathaar lien. Phir 3 glass pani mien bhigo dien.

Tamam ajza ko cut kr k ready kr lien. Pan mien oil daalien or zeera, hari mirch or lehson adrak ko fry krein.

1 min paka kr chopped piyaz daalien or 2 min paka kr uss mien tomatoes or masala daal kr bhoonien or thorda sa pani daal kr dhakk dein ta k neechy nahi lgy.

Masala itna bhoonien k tomatoes gall jayein. Phir daal daal dein. (Note) daal boil kiye hue pani samait dalien bacha hua pani discard na krein.

Tardka lgany k liye. Oil heat up krein uss mien red chillies, red chilli powder, zeera, ginger or garlic daalien jb garlic light brown ho jaye to daal pr tardka lga dein. Mazedar dhaaba style Punchmail Rajisthani daal is ready to serve.
