Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall-purpose cooking flour/garam
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander
  • Spices -curry powder,turmeric,black pepper,garam
  • Food colour - golden yellow
  • Ginger
  • 8large potatoes

    Mix all the ingredients ie flour ginger and a tablespoonful of each spice and ginger together with coriander.

    And water and mix to form a thick paste

    Peel and slice the potatoes into circular Shapes then dip them into the thick paste

    Meanwhile heat your oil should be more than half way through your pot.

    Finally deep Fry the potatoes and serve as desired enjoy
