Take a mixer jar, add dahi & besan.

Now add all the powdered masala. Add 1 cup water, blend it thoroughly. Keep aside.

Take a big wok, add oil, heat it.

Add methi dana, let it splutter.

Mix haldi & red chilli powder with lil water, add in the oil, stir fry till oil has oozed out.

Pour kadhi solution into it, give a stir. Add salt now. Add 4 cup water also.

Let it boil for 5 minutes, stir in between. Add some more water if kadhi becomes thick.

Lower the flame, add Boondi, give a stir.

Cover it with the lid, cook it until kadhi becomes a lil thick & Boondi becomes fluffy.

Switch off the flame. Open the lid after 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, keep aside.

For Tadka...a). Take a tadka pan, add ghee, heat it.

Moderate the heat, add rai & zeera, let it splutter.

Add dry red chilli & curry leaves, cook it till brown.

Switch off the flame, add red chilli powder, add in the kadhi. Do not stir. Cover it again.

Have it with Rice
