Steps

Peel potatoes, cut a thin slice from both the sides of each potato and scoop out the center to make a barrel.

Heat oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the potato till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

To make the filling, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add left over potatoes, ginger and green chillies and saute for a minute. Add cashewnuts and raisins saute for a minute.

Later add Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Tandoori masala, Red chilli powder and salt as required lastly add cheese mix it well.

For marination mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, Tandoori masala, chaat masala and salt in a bowl.

Stuff the potatoes with the filling. Place the potatoes in the marinade bowl and coat with the marinade from all sides.

Preheat OTG/OVEN AT 200° Celsius. Place this marinated potatoes on rack and bake it for 10-15min

Remove the potatoes and sprinkle some chat masala, cut them in slices and serve it with tomato sauce or pudina chutney
