Fragrant Earl Grey Latte

I made my favourite Starbucks tea latte with earl grey tea. I tried to recreate the taste with ingredients I had.
In Starbucks, they add vanilla syrup, but I didn't want to make it too sweet, so I used vanilla essence instead. I don't usually take sugar in my tea, but this time, I added a little. Recipe by Hani-*hani-

Steps
- 1
Heat the milk in a saucepan until just before boiling point. Add some sugar.
- 2
Stop the heat and add the tea bag. Let it steep for 5 - 6 minutes. The key is to let it steep for quite a long time.
- 3
Remove the tea bag without squeezing it, and add the vanilla essence.
- 4
It will look more authentic if you use a milk frother to whisk it (this is optional).
- 5
By the way, this is my milk frother. I bought it at the 100 yen shop.
- 6
You can buy the tea they use at Starbucks. If you use this, it'll taste like the real thing. It's lavender earl grey tea.
