Ingredients

  • 1 lbMince meat
  • 1 cupBreadcrumbs
  • 2 dashTabasco sauce
  • 1 tbspWorchestershire sauce
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspMixed herbs
  • 2 tspTomato sauce
  • 1 tbspParsley
  • 1Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

  2. 2

    Roll into balls and press flat.

  3. 3

    Put some oil in a hot frypan and put rissoles in.

  4. 4

    Turn once or twice,or until cooked right through.
