When I poured milk in the saucepan to make milk tea, it was quite hard to clean the milk skin that stuck to the edges of the pan.
I created this recipe to make the clean-up easier.

1 serving

250 mlMilk
100 mlWater
1Black tea bag
1Sugar
1Vanilla essence

Steps

Put water and tea bag in a saucepan, and boil over a low heat.

Meanwhile, put milk in the cup and microwave (700 W) for 1.5 minutes.

When the liquid reduces, remove from heat.
4

Pour tea into warmed milk and stir well.

Add sugar or vanilla essence.
6

Drink up while hot!
