Cheese & Garlic Bread

In a glass measuring cup, combine the yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup lukewarm milk mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the flour, salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre then add egg melted butter and yeast mixture and stir into the dry ingredients.

Knead with your hands until the dough forms a smooth, soft ball, about 5-6 minutes. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave at room temperature until doubled in size, this takes about 2 hours.

OR
If you are using a standmisxer,then it will be so much easier to prepare the dough.Add the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and Knead the dough at medium speed and then high speed using the dough hook attachment.

Preheat oven to 170°C /350°F.
Take out the dough from the bowl and turn onto floured surface Knead it again and make a ball shape then place the dough on baking tray lined with parchment paper and cover the dough again with clingfilm and let to rest for another 30 minutes or until double in size. - 5
After half an hour deflate the dough with your hands and make a round pizza shaped.

Using your fingers, open up each of the cuts and spread garlic butter into each of the pieces of dough Press mozzarella cheese into each gaps and bake for 25-30 minutes or till nice golden in colour.
Remove from oven and serve hot. - 6
