Ingredients

  1. 250 gdigestive biscuits
  2. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  3. 500 gcream cheese
  4. 1 cupicing sugar
  5. 1 TSPvanilla extract
  6. 300 gsalted caramel
  7. 1 + 1/4 cup double cream
  8. 200 gPecans

Cooking Instructions

    Crush 250g of digestive biscuits, then add to a bowl along with 1/2 a cup of melted butter. Once combined put into a cheesecake dish and press down with a glass. Chill for one hour

    In a mixer combine. 500g cream cheese, 1 cup of icing sugar and mix. Once combined add 1 TSP of vanilla extract and 150g of melted salted caramel mix. Add 1+1/4 of double cream and whisk until stiff. Add to the cheesecake dish. Chill for at least 4 hours

    Add 200g of Pecans to a baking tray and bake for 5-10mins at 180c, add in 150g of melted salted caramel and mix let cool poor on top of cheesecake, spread. Chill for one hour and enjoy🥰🥰
