  • 2 canstuna
  • 8 clovesgarlic
  • Halfbunch of coriander
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspblack pepper
  • 2 tbspschili powder
  • 3 tbspsolive oil
  • 3 tbspstahina (sesame paste)
  • 1squeezed lemon

  1. 1

    Drain the tuna from the oil that it has been pickled with

  2. 2

    Fragment the tuna with the fork until they become minced

  3. 3

    Chop the coriander and mash the garlic

  4. 4

    In a low heat add the oil, the coriander and the mashed garlic and cook them until they have a brown color

  5. 5

    Then add the tuna and spice the mix with salt pepper and chili powder and mix them well

  6. 6

    Turn off the heat and wait about 3 minutes then add the tahina and the lemon juice

  7. 7

    About the garnish you can add fried nuts
