  • 100 GmAlmond
  • 100 GmCashew
  • 100 GmWalnut
  • 2 TspSalt
  • 3 TspMalga Podi
    Malgapodi Powder
  • 2 TspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add in all nuts and roast for 10-15 min. at low flame. Till it gets golden brown colour.

    No add-in salt, podi, and ghee roast it for 5 min. Then cool down and let it get coated well.

    Now serve and sprinkle a little more podi on it.
