Creamy butterscotch cake

In a glass add milk and add the vinegar in it....mix it well and keed aside for 10 mins.

Now in a another bowl seive all the dry ingredients like maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk Powder, sugar....

Take an another bowl add our buttermilk (milk + vinegar) in it.....and add oil, butterscotch essence in it.....now add the mixture or dry ingredients in it......mix it well with cut and fold method......you can add more milk if needed.....

Our batter is ready....take a 5 inch greased tin....pour the batter in it.....and keep it baking in a preheated oven or a pre heated kadhai for 50-55 mins....or until it bakes.....

For our praline take a pan....put it on stove.....nor add sugar in it.....stil it continuously......when the sugar completely melts and changes its colour to brown.....in a way we can say it get caramelised......add butter in it....mix it well and then add almonds in it.....again mix it well.....after 1 min you can off your flame....and pour it on a butter paper or a greased platform......

After 5-10 mins it get hard.....I will remove easily from the surface and you have to crush it in very small pieces.... remember you don't have to make a powder of it......

If cake is ready....rest it for 15-20 mins then demould it.....for assembling it.....cut it into 3 layers.....whip the whipped cream and add some drops of butterscotch essence in it....make a layer of whipped cream on the cake layer and add some crushed pieces of praline to it.....do the same for all layers.....when the cake is perfectly shaped with whipped cream...on the top you can make your suitable design....like flowers or something with whipped cream....
