Masala Raan

In a large pot add water as much as mutton leg will cover it, add salt, turmeric powder & onion

Boil the leg, it takes 4 to 5 hours or more, you can boil in cooker too, when leg 95 % done add tomatoes.

When leg completely done remove the leg & tomatoes from the pot, add the leg in strainer and drainer all the excess water. & dep fry from both sides

Remove the skin of tomatoes, in a blender add brown onion, tomatoes and add the broth 1/4 cup which is left during boiling. Blend till smooth paste

In a wok add oil heat add blended tomatoes all the spices chilli powder, garam masala, tikka & tandori, chaat masala, lemon juice & cook until oil separates

Now take a large serving dish(any dish which you can place on stove, i used pizza pan) place fried Raan then the masala all the vegetables and place on stive for 10 minutes on low flame & serve
