Steps

Make a hole in a dough.
Add all step 1 ingredients and knead a dough - 2
Leave dough for 30 min for raising.

Now on other hand prepare stuffing. In pan take oil.when its hot. Add onion saute it for 2 sec then add garlic again soute it for 2 sec.

Next add flour in it and mix it now add milk. When add milk stir continuously for avoiding lums. the sauce is ready

Then add salt, green chillies, black pepper and boil chicken in sauce and mix it. Stuffing is ready.

Now take dough knead for 1, 2 mins for removing air in the dough.

Make 2 portions of dough.

Roll the dough straightly with the help of rolling pin

Place chicken in center of dough.

Add cheese on top of chicken as you want

Then cut the sides with cuter or a knife

Grease the sides with water

And fold the sides on chicken like shown in pic.

Grease it with egg yolk. For fine golden colour.
Add seaseme seed or kalwonji if want. - 15
Bake it for 30 min on 120 c.

Serve it with sauce and enjoy it.
