Heat wok fry onion till golden brown add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes cook until soft.

Add dry spices. Add chicken and cook it for 10 mins on low heat.

Add yogurt and cook it for 5 minutes. Cover it for 10 mins. Until the meat tender.

Meanwhile boil rice in another pot, add 3 tsp salt and mint leaves for aroma. Drain water when rice are 3/4 cooked.

Spread chicken gravy with masala on the bottom of wok, at low heat. Then spread boiled rice on top. Pour kewra mixed with yellow color. Sprinkle green coriander and chilies slices. Steam it for 10 minutes.

Off the flame and mix it up side down. Then serve it with raita or green chutney.
