Clean the chicken well...in a bowl add 100ml water,1.5Tbsp salt,1Tbsp sugar and shallot mix add the chicken cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Remove half of the seasoned flour into another bowl then add 2 eggs and 100ml Water...mix
- 3
Bring the chicken and let dry,then dip the chicken into the liquid mixture and then lift it up to the seasoned flour.

Finally Fry the chicken!!
