Ingredients

  1. 40 grams●Cake flour
  2. 60 grams●Bread (strong) flour
  3. 1 tsp●Sugar
  4. 2 pinch●Salt
  5. 1 tsp●Instant dry yeast
  6. 1 tsp●Olive oil
  7. 60 ml●Water
  8. Toppings
  9. 1 tbsp★Grated cheese
  10. 1★Dried basil
  11. 1★Dried Tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Add ● to a bowl and mix with cooking chopsticks.

    Add in the ★ toppings once it has mostly come together, and knead in the bowl.

    It's done kneading once it stops sticking to the bowl and the surface has taken a glossy sheen.

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave to prove until it's 1.5 times its original size.

    Stretch it out into a rectangle.

    Slice into 6-10 equal portions.

    Roll each one with the palm of your hand and stretch them out.

    Make the about as long as the width of the baking pan.

    Bake for 13-15 minutes in an oven warmed to 230°C, and they're done.
