Bread Flour Okara Sticks

I bakedand I was convinced that they would become crunchier if I used bread flour instead! I tried, and they turned out to be crunchier, so I was able to reduce the amount of flour and made a low calorie version.

Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients and knead well.
- 2
Shape the batter into any shape you like, bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, and it's done.
- 3
The ingredients above are for plain, but it's also great if you add kinako, cinnamon, cocoa, etc..
- 4
Kinako version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, kinako 25 g! For a crunchier texture, use 50 g of bread flour, but I think they will turn out crunchy enough.
- 5
Cocoa version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, cocoa powder 25 g! The cocoa will burn easily so keep an eye on them while they bake in the oven.
