  2. 2 cupchives
  3. 1 cupAny stock
  4. GARNISH OPTION
  5. 6 clovegarlic
  6. CORNSTACH MIXTURE
  7. 1 tspcornstarch
  8. 3 tbspwater

    DEEP FRIED GARLIC SLICE

  2. 2

    with oil fry garlic slice till lightly brown then drain immediately

    STIR FRY

  4. 4

    removed oil from pan then add sausage and stock then bringbit to a boil and simmer for 3 minute till sausage is cooked

    add chives and add cornstarch mixture then stir fry for another 1 minute and off heat and serve
