Ingredients

  • 5mushrooms, sliced
  • 1small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cnondairy creamer
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2 tspcorn starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté onion, mushroom and garlic until transparent

  2. 2

    Turn flame to simmer and add in non dairy creamer

  3. 3

    Add spices

  4. 4

    Add cornstarch/flour to thicken

  5. 5

    Let sauce simmer on stove for 10 minutes or until achieved desired thickness

  6. 6

    Pour over burgers and enjoy!
