Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.ground beef
  2. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 1/2onion, diced
  4. 1 packettaco seasoning
  5. 8 oz.picante salsa
  6. 2 cupswater
  7. 1 cupfrozen corn
  8. 8 ozrotini noodles, uncooked
  9. 1-1/2 cupsMexican blend or cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large, deep skillet brown ground beef with garlic and onion. Drain fat.

  2. 2

    Add taco seasoning, water, salsa, corn, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes (until noodles are cooked through).

  4. 4

    Add cheese, stir, and enjoy!
