Finely chop the onion.
Take inside of the bread (a ball) and put it in water.
Mix all the spices 1tsp of each. - 2
In a big bowl add the mince and work it with a wooden spoon.

Drain the bread and squeeze the water out.

Mix the bread onion and spices plus garlic.
Add it to the mince and mix it with a spoon or your hands.
Add the egg and mix it. - 5
Form 6 big meatballs.

You can either cook them in a wok and cover or slow cooker with olive oil.
If you use a slow cooker you can cook the meatballs on top of chopped Courgettes or green peas. - 7
Cook the spaghetti al dente.

Tomato sauce: 1 tin of chopped tomatoes.
Use the tin and add small amount of olive oil plus tomato puree.
Oregano / basil / salt pepper.
Add a bit of water and mix.
Add it to the pasta.
