Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil and let it simmer for half an hour at low flame.

Add sugar as per taste and cardamom powder and let it cook,

In a bowl add rasmalai mix and make small balls as per packet instructions using ghee and egg.

Add these balls to the milk, cook on high flame for 5 minutes, lower flame cook for another 5minutes, turn off flame pour into serving bowl decorate with pista, serve chilled
