For crisp dosa all you have to do is soak rice in water overnight

Soak urad dal,poha,fenugreek seed overnight in water

Now mix together in morning and make a fine paste.

Grind in mixer jar...with consistency should be little liquidiy.

Now after grinding keep it for good 12 hours to fermentation

And then cook your crispy dosa....just like market....

I add little eno powder in it when I use to cook...
