It's my Mom 'domain recipe which I collected ,it's nutritious, light but taste awesome, thanks.to the cultural items it's being one,rich in content.....hope you find the same in my recipe....
Steps

First wash the veggies n cut into big chunks,take a kadai add oil to fry,remove n then take poi saag, remove saag of the stem chop it small n fine n then remove the outside hard cover of the stems....n crush it a bit...fry it too.Remove from heat..now prepare the masala paste n take the same kadai add oil,n add above-mentioned half sliced onion...bay leaf n bit sugar,
Then add masala paste...let it b fried..once oil ooozes out give the veggies stir it...to b coated well.Now add chaunk.start - 2
With panch phoran add jeera,sukhi Mirch,bit onion sliced,kasuri methi n Mirchi powder,pour the poi saag kadai on the kadka kadai....add garam masala,cover garnish with chopped coriander leaf...
