Ingredients

  • Veggies needed
  • as requiredpoi saag
  • 1/2 Pumpkin
  • 1Raw banana
  • as requiredBatata
  • 1Eggplant
  • as requiredBeans
  • 1/2 cup eachBarbati,tomato are in small quantity
  • Masala paste
  • 1Onion big,half sliced half to b grinded
  • 8/9 clovesgarlic
  • 1 inchGinger ,
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • as per taste ,salt
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • 4-5 Dry chillies
  • 1/4 tsp.garam masala powder
  • Chaunk
  • 1/2 tspPanch foron
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • 1 tsp Onion slices
  • 1/2 tspMirchi powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash the veggies n cut into big chunks,take a kadai add oil to fry,remove n then take poi saag, remove saag of the stem chop it small n fine n then remove the outside hard cover of the stems....n crush it a bit...fry it too.Remove from heat..now prepare the masala paste n take the same kadai add oil,n add above-mentioned half sliced onion...bay leaf n bit sugar,
    Then add masala paste...let it b fried..once oil ooozes out give the veggies stir it...to b coated well.Now add chaunk.start

    With panch phoran add jeera,sukhi Mirch,bit onion sliced,kasuri methi n Mirchi powder,pour the poi saag kadai on the kadka kadai....add garam masala,cover garnish with chopped coriander leaf...
