Mumbai's Cutting Chai

#cookpadIndia
Ever tried Mumbai cutting chai? Don't miss out on it! Mumbai Cutting Chai is a popular tea blend from the streets and corner stalls of Mumbai. It is a strong milk tea blend created using strong, fine quality CTC tea grains and two exotic Indian spices - cardamom & ginger.
A "cutting chai" is a half order of tea, often implying a single whole order is shared among friends. Mumbai's Cutting Chai is incomplete without biscuits, Parle-G in particular.
