Wash properly chana dal,tur dal and groundnuts.Add 4cups of water and turmericand salt in a cooker.Presure cook with 3 whistles.Keep aside.

Now heat the oil in a wok,add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds when hot.Let it splitter,then add ginger and garlic and saute.Add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute till onions become golden.Now add tomatoes,saute till done.Add chopped spinach and saute.

Add chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala,bit of salt and amchur.saute till oil oze out.Now add the cooked dal from the cooker and give a nice mix.Now your dal palak is ready to be enjoyed with rice
