Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef.

Boiled mutton with 2cup water 1tsp salt,and pepper

Take wok add chopped onion bonify it for a while not to much bonify with oil...then add tomatoes chopped salt,pepper, turmeric powder

Take 1cup dahi add achar gosht masala mix well add first boiled mutton then add dahi mixture bonify very well until oil separate from mutton.

Bonify after adding, then add sliver cut carrot, cover it for 5-10m until carrots tender,

Add filled chillies, take achar gosht masala mix with lemon juice(few drop) then fill in chillies pur chillies in wok then cover it and keep it on Dum for 10-12m

After dum sprinkle fresh coriander and enjoy with Naan,roti and and raita
