3 servings

100 gramsGround pork
3Sweet potato (small size)
1 tbspSake
1 tbspMirin
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspSugar
1 dashJapanese dashi stock
100 mlWater

Steps

Cut the sweet potato into bite sizes, and soak in a bowl of water.

Saute the ground pork. When browned, add the sweet potato.

Pour in sake, dashi stock and sugar in order. Then add mirin and mix well.

Simmer on low heat for more than 20 minutes. It's done.
