Steps

Get a bread, cut out the center of the bread with a knife. Separate the bread crumbs (soft center) from the crust(outer part).

Get a bowl, pour the cracked eggs, add milk, chopped onions, red bell pepper, seasoning, pinch of salt and whisk together thoroughly (you can add green pepper if you like).

Place a pan on medium heat, add some butter and leave it to melt. Lay the bread crust flat on the pan, carefully pour the egg mix in the middle of the bread.

Fill the bread with the mix, cover the bread crust with the inner crumb. Toast on one side for few minutes, flip and toast the other side.

When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan enjoy.
