Mayonnaise and Miso Gratin

I got tired of regular gratin, so I wanted to make one that was more strongly flavored.
Since basically anything goes well with mayonnaise and miso, I think this will taste good using any vegetables and meat that you have on hand. Recipe by Minaichigo

I got tired of regular gratin, so I wanted to make one that was more strongly flavored.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Chop the leek into 1.5 cm slices.

Cook the chicken in a frying pan on medium heat.

Once the chicken has been cooked about 80% through, add the leek and cook until tender.

Combine the ☆ ingredients to make the mayo-miso sauce.

Place the cooked chicken and the leek into a gratin dish. Pour the mayo-miso sauce on top.

Top with cheese and sprinkle with panko. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until browned.
