Ingredients

  • 1onion
  • Some green chillies
  • Ginger and garlic
  • half kgBeef mince meat
  • 1 packetSeekh kabab masala
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the ingredient together

    Add masala and mix well. Keep aside for 2 to 3 hours

    Now make seekh kabab (I used straws to make them)

    Fry them on medium to low flame until brown

    Ready to serve. Eat with raita/chutney & paratha 🤤
