Wash and soak rice for half an hour

In pot take oil and add all whole spice and cook until it starts popping. Separate whole coriander, saunf kebab cheeni bay leave and make a spuce bag by putting them in muslin cloth and tie a knot.

Now add chicken And ginger garlic paste fry until chicken changes it colors. Now add salt, red chilli, brown onion tomatoes and bhoononfy.

Now add water, put the muslin cloth spice bag made before and cook at high flame for half an hour. You can also add potatoes in this stage. Now add soaked rice turn flame slow and close lid.

Water level should be half more then rice level in pot. Cook until rice absorb all water and gets tender. Remove the muslin cloth and discard.

Cook at dum sprinkle kewra water brown onion and garam maslaa on top.
