    Boil the chicken with spices and salt
    Season your flour with salt and spices
    Prepare buttermilk in a different bowl
    After chicken is cool dunk in buttermilk,the in the flour
    Finally fry on medium heat so as not to burn chicken coating

    Cut in slices add orange/yellow food colour,salt,spices
    Fry
