Walnut mango chocolate

First dry roast walnuts in a pan and keep it aside. Let it cool. Once cooled, chop it finely.In the same pan dry roast dessicated coconut for few seconds.

Now add mango purée, sugar and milk powder.Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed. Add ghee and cook till mixture starts leaving the pan.

Let it cool down. Then apply ghee on your palm take the mixture and make small balls out of it. Stuff chopped walnuts in it. Keep stuffed mango balls in refrigerator for 2 hrs. Melt chocolate in microwave or in a double boiler. Dip mango balls in chocolate syrup and coat it from all sides. (if no chocolate Hershey’s chocolate syrup can be used)keep it on butter paper. Refrigerate it. Once chocolate is set. It’s ready. Enjoy.
