Steps

Heat a small Kadai, add fenugreek seeds, jeera seeds, coriander seeds, adding chilli, coconut oil and fry them finally add turmeric powder and curry leaves and mix

Fried masala Add into mixer jar, add coconut, tamarind, and required water, grind them

Cooked palak leaves and cooked moong dal, add salt, and mix.

Add grinded masala ana mix. Nicely boil them.

Heat thadaka pan, add mustard, chili, coconut oil, and curry leaves, fry them. tempering is ready.

Add tempering into curry and mix. Serve with rice, chapati idli, etc... Your choice.
