Boil milk for about 15 min. First high than low flame

Add sugar mix well to dissolve. Stirr continuously

Add comelle in low flame.

Add khoya and crushed bread. Mix well till dissolved.

Cool down. Put in grider and give a whisk of 1 minute each.

Pour in kulfi template and lid properly

Freeze about 3-4 hour in freezer
- 8
Remove from shell.
Enjoy chilled.
