Wash & clean veggies then cut into stripes add into a bowl, peel wash & cut potatoes into strips add into the bowl of veggies add the oil,salt, seasoning & rose mary mix well add into foil paper toss into oven & bake Until soft.

I serve mine with sauce & egg sauce with omelette enjoy😋😋😋
