Pre heat oven to °200
Take sausages, cut and remove skin
Place meat in a bowl, add the mozzarella, mature cheddar, olive oil and chilli powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well with hands. - 2
Place pastry on a floured surface and cut into strips of approximately 12cm wide.
Place sausage meat slightly to one side and brush pasty edge with beaten egg. - 3
Fold over the pastry(non egged side first) and seal firmly. Score with a fork if desired.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Place in centre of oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
