1maize cob
1cucumber
1green capsicum
1green chilli
1 bunchcoriander leaves
2 tbsfreshly squeezed lemon juice
1tomato
1small onion
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 tbsvegetable oil

Remove maize from cob and boil it.

Chop all your ingredients

Put your boiled maize in a bowl and add your ingredients one by one

Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy with a plate of rice.
