This is a traditional Assamese pitha, but I twisted it little..
Steps

Take a bowl pour rice powder n salt, mix it well. Now pour the beetroot juice n make a dough. Keep aside..

For stuffing
Take a nonstick Kadai pour coconut, MilkMaid n mawa, cook until the mixture becomes sticky, switch off the flame. - 3
Now add cardamom powder n mix it, keep aside.
Now, take a small amount of mixture n stuff with coconut mix give the shape as per your wish.
Boil water in a pan, put pitha on a steamer n cook for 10 minutes on medium flame..
Served hot with MilkMaid
