Steps

Mix two spoon oil & salt per taste in the wheat flour
Then add little little water to prepare a soft dough for paratha & keep it aside - 2
For stuffing grate paneer & cheese

Then add all the spices & chopped coriander & Palak

Mix it properly slowly

Now put tawa on gas & roll one part of dough & add the prepare stuffing & cover it properly & roll in shape of roti

Now when both sides are cooked properly then add Amul butter on it & fry it properly till it is brown in colour

Now remove from tawa & serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney
