Eggless Biscuit Cake without using microwave

Steps

Take the biscuits and crush them by hands, after that grind them in mixer to ensure no pieces are left and it's completely powdered.
Then in a vessel put the biscuit powder, add sugar powder, vanilla essence, pinch of coffee powder and add milk.
Stir it well, till batter gets mixed well. - 2
Put the idli cooker on gas,add little water switch on the flame put vessel stand inside it.
In a box spread butter all around, sprinkle little maida or wheat flour,put the vessel in the cooker over the stand. - 3
Close the flame and open the cooker, check with a knife it's cooked by slightly touching on the edge.
Take out vessel and let it cool for an hour or so. - 4
Stir the batter once again ensure no much crunches in between, add eno powder one sachet and stir it well.
Now pour the batter into the box placed inside cooker.
Close the cooker and let it steam for 20-22 mins on middle flame. - 5
Once it gets cool down, take it out on a plate and we can garnish/decorate it with white chocolate, cadbury gems or chocolate sauce as per taste or availability.
