5small cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
1 canTomato Puree
2-3tomatoes
2 tbsptabasco sauce
1 cupbasil leaves
1/3 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 packRigatoni Pasta
3 tbspbutter
2 tbspolive oil
1 cupcubed chicken
1 tspdried oregano
salt to taste
1 tspred chili flakes
1 tspblack pepper

Heat butter and oil in a pan, add garlic and fry until golden brown, add chicken and cook for 3-4 mins then add tomatoes, tabasco sauce and tomato puree. Cook for 5 mins. Add basil leaves and all the spices, stir and add the cheese.

Dish out the pasta and then pour the sauce.
