Healthy & protein-rich salad & kids will love to eat with a roasted papad.
Steps

First soak one cup of sprouted moong in water & add 1/2 tbsp haldi powder & 1/2 tbsp salt & boil it on low flame.

Put one big spoon in the vessel so you can stir moong occasionally.

Now after 20 min the moong will become soft.
- 4
Now close the flame & remove all water from moong.
- 5
Now take chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, mango & coriander & mix it in boiled & cool moong
Then add chat masala powder, black salt & cumin powder & salt as per taste. - 6
Now your healthy sprouted moong salad is ready to Serve
