We call this a type of “meze” in our cuisine. Like a side dish. It’s very simple and quick recipe. It’s a great companion for summertime dinner tables.

Chop green peppers in big chunks.

Sauté the peppers until they get color like this.
- 3
Add some water and cover it up.
Cook until the peppers are tender and the water evaporates.

Add salt and take the pan off the heat.
Leave it to cool.

Add the yoghurt and crushed garlic cloves.
Mix it up well.
