This is yummy ice cream and very easy in making. It require simple ingredients and prepared in no time. Its my family kids favourite ice cream. Usually making it. I have put jelly as its kids favourite.

300 gmfresh strawberries
2 cupheavy cream (chilled)
300 mlsweetened condensed milk (chilled)
2 tbspgranulated sugar
1 tspvanila extract
3 dropsred food color
1 tbspjelly powder for decoration

First of all cut strawberries. Put in grinder and make a smooth puree.

Now take a bowl. Add heavy cream and beat if slightly.

Add sugar, condensed milk, vanila extract and again beat it. Whip it completely.

Add strawberry puree, food color and mix it well with the help of spatula.

Now put it in a air tight jar and then put in refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
Mean while dissolve jelly powder in water. Cut in shapes n keep ready for decoration.(there is no need of jelly but I make it due to kids)

Now take out ice cream of refrigerator and transfer to ice cream cups. Decorate with jelly. Yummy ice cream is ready now to serve.
