Mix sugar in warm water 1_1/2 cup, than add yeast and keep it in warm place to bubble or frothy

Mix flour and suji (semolina) and salt.

When yeast is frothy add this water and olive oil 3tbsp and form a soft sticky dough, make a ball.

Don't knead like a dough just mix it and form ball and cover with a wet cloth or cling

Leave it in a warm place to rise for an hour or more even overnight

When it's rises double, soft again fold down with fingers softly

In a small bowl mix olive oil with 1/4 cup warm water its for pocking

Green pans and spread this dough, it's sticky n very soft than dip your fingers in oil mix and poke deeply in dough from top to bottom

Again cover n leave for proffing. When it's double in size poke again with fingers.

Meanwhile your dough is rising preheat oven and keep all ingredients of toppings aside, cut all vegetables.

Sprinkle salt n herbs, olive oil arrange all vegetables as you like, than poke them with oily fingers in the dough

Bake for 20 _25 mins or until done
Take out and apply melted butter or olive oil on it and cover it with wet cloth for few mins
