In a bowl add 1/2 cup milk and cornstarch and make a slurry. Set aside

In another pan add rest of the milk, cream, sugar and bring it to boil on low flame for 7-8 mins. Add the cornstarch slurry to it and keep whisking on low flame for 7-8 mins

Set aside and pour onto serving glasses. Chil in the refrigerator until set

Wash and peel the mango. Cut into pieces and add to a blender. Blend smooth

In a pan add mango purée, honey and on low flame stir for 7-8 mins.

Add the mango sauce on the Mahalabia and chill again

For serving add chopped pistachios and edible rose petals. Enjoy
